Sr. Project Manager/Business Analyst- Filled

QA Technologies, a long term partner with the State of Nebraska has a great opportunity for a Sr. Project Manager or Senior Business Analyst to strengthen the PMO office for the State of Nebraska’s Department of Labor Division. Position will be located in Lincoln, NE.

 Consultant will perform business process analysis and design and provides systems support for large, complex, enterprise projects and applications. Serves as a liaison between the business clients and applications developers.Consultant will facilitate the following Activities:

• Requirements gathering sessions and in documenting and publishing the results.
• Converting requirements into system specifications.
• Develops Request for Proposals (RFPs) and developing RFP evaluation criteria and bidder evaluations.
• Communicates with management, clients, and application developers about the business requirements and in developing business process solutions.

Qualifications:

•  Must have a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience as a Lead Business Analyst working with large, complex, enterprise–scale systems. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Visio and Access.
• Preferred knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity, Microsoft Project, Open Workbench or similar products.
• Previous experience, at least at a high-level, with application development in a Java/.net/web development environment.
